Services Provided - monthly rental price includes noon meal each
day, weekly housekeeping services, all utilities except telephone and cable tv, emergency call services and morning nursing assistance daily by home health aides. The resident must provide all personal furnishings, clothing and linens. |

Extra charges - miscellaneous charges for transportation, laundry
services, extra housekeeping, morning, evening and guest meals, women's hair care, men's barber and additional non-emergency nursing care are outlined on the Optional Services page and are available to the residents of Park Place. Garage rentals are also available on a limited basis. Telephone service is arranged through the telephone company and is billed to the resident. Cable tv is available through the business office and costs $15.00 per month. |

Medical Assistance - The State Medical Assistance program (Medicaid)
does not participate in providing financial help for the assisted living apartments. Rentals in Park Place must be on a private pay basis. |
